Terms of Service

We provide lawn care, landscaping, and property maintenance services in the Augusta, Georgia area and surrounding CSRA communities. All services are subject to a written or verbal agreement and the estimate provided for your specific property.

Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information and access available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may be adjusted if conditions differ materially from those described. Recurring service pricing is communicated in advance, and residential recurring plans require no long-term contract.

We make every effort to maintain consistent schedules. Service may be rescheduled due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate schedule changes as promptly as possible.

Payment terms are agreed upon at the start of service. Recurring clients may be enrolled in automatic billing. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of service.

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge, subject to reasonable evaluation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are fully licensed and insured.
