So Fresh So Clean Total Home Care was founded by Dominque Jacobs out of a frustration heard again and again across Augusta: lawn companies that showed up late, cut corners, or disappeared mid-season. Dominque set out to build the opposite — a company the CSRA could genuinely rely on.
